Request removal of your BiltiSathi account and the data held about you
← Back to BiltiSathiBiltiSathi accounts belong to a transport company, not to an individual, so "delete my account" can mean either of two things. Say which one you want on the form below.
| Your user account | Your own sign-in is removed. Your company keeps trading on BiltiSathi, and the consignments and challans you entered stay in its books — they are the company's records, not yours, and they are what its accounts are built from. |

| Your company's account | The whole company account and every record in it. This can only be requested by the company's administrator or owner, and we will confirm with them before doing anything. |
Consignment notes, challans and invoices are commercial and tax records. Indian tax and transport rules require a business to retain them for a set period, and that obligation sits with the transport company rather than with us.
Where a record must be retained for that reason we will say so and tell you for how long, rather than delete it silently or refuse without explaining. Nothing retained is used for any purpose other than meeting that obligation.
You can also ask your own company's BiltiSathi administrator to remove your user account — that takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us.
Fill this in and we will be in touch to confirm your identity before anything is removed. We ask for that confirmation because a deletion request that is taken on trust is a way to have somebody else's records destroyed.
