Terms of Service

1. Who may use it

BiltiSathi is supplied to transport businesses, not to the general public. Accounts are created for staff by their own company's administrator. You must be 18 or over and authorised by that company.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything done with it is treated as done by you.
• Tell your administrator at once if you think somebody else has it.
• Your administrator can change or withdraw your access at any time.

3. Your data is yours

The consignments, challans, parties, invoices and payments you enter remain your company's property. © KeyCode Technology Pvt. Ltd. does not claim ownership of them, does not sell them, and does not use them for advertising or for training anything.

We process them to run the service for you, and for nothing else. How they are handled is set out in the privacy policy.

4. What you are responsible for

• That the records you enter are accurate.
• Meeting your own tax, GST, e-way bill and transport obligations. BiltiSathi helps you record and print what you need; it does not file anything on your behalf and does not give tax advice.
• Having a lawful basis for the third-party details — consignor and consignee names, addresses and phone numbers — that you enter.

5. What we are responsible for

• Keeping the service running with reasonable care and keeping your data private.
• Separating every company's records from every other company's.
• Telling you if something goes wrong that affects your data.

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, connection failures and events outside our control all happen. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use BiltiSathi to:

• break the law, or record transactions intended to conceal one,
• reach another company's data, or attempt to,
• interfere with the service or the systems it runs on,
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

7. Ending it

You may stop using BiltiSathi at any time and ask for your account to be removed — see delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that goes unpaid, and we will say why.

Some records must be kept after an account closes because tax and transport rules require it. The deletion page explains what and for how long.

8. Liability

BiltiSathi is a record-keeping tool. To the extent the law allows, © KeyCode Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for business losses — lost profit, lost custom or lost data — arising from its use, and any liability we do have is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes, and the law that applies

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and we will say so on this page where the change matters. These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
